In this role, you will work closely with individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder, to promote positive behavior change and skill development. What You'll Do:
  • Implement ABA programs under BCBA supervision
  • Teach communication, social, and daily living skills
  • Use positive reinforcement to support behavior change
  • Collect simple data to track progress
  • Support independence with ADLs as appropriate
  • Maintain accurate documentation and confidentiality

  • RBT certification
  • Experience with children or developmental disabilities preferred
