About the role

Atlantic is seeking a full-time Marketing Development Specialist to help drive pipeline growth by engaging prospects, qualifying opportunities, and scheduling meetings for our sales team. Key Responsibilities:Lead Management: Monitor, manage, and follow up with leads generated through website traffic, live chat, phone inquiries, social media, vendor relationships, outbound campaigns, and other channels. Prospect Engagement: Connect with prospects by phone, email, and social media to understand their needs and identify potential opportunities. Meeting Scheduling: Qualify prospects and schedule introductory meetings with the appropriate sales executives. Research: Conduct account and contact research to support personalized, relevant outreach. Technology: Use tools such as Sales Intel, Hub Spot, Drift, email, social media, and telephone outreach to manage prospect engagement and activity. Performance: Track activity and results against established meeting and qualification goals. About You:You have a growth mindset and enjoy connecting with new people. You’re eager to expand your sales and marketing knowledge. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. Previous experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or a related field. Experience interacting directly with prospects or customers is preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Confidence engaging prospects by phone and across digital channels. Strong organizational, time-management, and follow-through skills.
