About the role
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Remote Client Coordinator will coordinate and prepare medical claims, records, referrals, and supporting documentation for review and processing while ensuring all required documents are complete and accurate.
Key responsibilities:
Handle inquiries from clients and representatives regarding claim status and general requests for information
Utilize systems and databases to enter and retrieve client information and maintain daily contact with the QA department regarding workflow
File and archive case documents while verifying client information and ensuring compliance with regulations
Required qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum one year clerical experience preferred
Experience in a medical office or insurance industry is preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and general computer skills
Qualified typist with a minimum of 40 W.P.M
Ability to adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality
