About the role
Blu Roc is seeking a motivated Climber/Trimmer for our Northampton, MA field team. The role involves pruning trees, rigging, cabling, and removing hazardous trees near power lines, with hands-on use of chainsaws, chippers, and aerial lifts to maintain safe work zones.
Ideal candidates are physically capable, able to work outdoors in all weather, hold a valid driver’s license, and commit to OSHA-based safety practices and proper tool operation.
