About the role
- Conduct scheduled preventative maintenance on assigned equipment
- Perform repairs on compression and injection molding machinery, auxiliary equipment and maintain systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime
- Repair and rebuild spare parts using hand tools, measuring instruments, blueprints and schematic
- Work with Team Leads, Quality Assurance Technicians, PTMs, Molders, Lining Technicians, and Printer Technicians
- High school diploma or GED required3 + years of experience of industrial maintenance experience
- Demonstrated knowledge and ability to perform maintenance tasks to the satisfaction of the Maintenance Manager
- Capable of working in a high-speed manufacturing environment with heavy-duty industrial equipment
