Influencer Marketing Manager - Creator Partnerships, Affiliate + UGC
Location: New York City / Hybrid
Schedule: 4 days in person, 1 day remote
Salary range: $80,000–$105,000, depending on experience About RUTIRUTI is a women’s fashion brand designed for women 35+. We create elevated, easy-to-wear pieces with a focus on fit, comfort, versatility, and modern styling. We’re looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to help grow our creator program across Shop My, LTK, gifting, UGC for paid ads, creator outreach, and performance follow-up. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands creators, has strong taste, is highly organized, and knows how to connect influencer activity to business results.
What you’ll do: Identify and outreach to creators who are a strong fit for RUTI- Manage creator communication across gifting, affiliate, paid opportunities, and UGC needs- Manage day-to-day activity across Shop My and LTK- Track weekly creator performance, including revenue, clicks, mentions, and content output- Identify top performers, rising creators, and creators who need follow-up- Coordinate gifting, product selections, and creator follow-up- Help identify creators who can produce strong UGC for paid social- Review creator content for quality, fit, and usability- Support creator activations around product launches, promotions, and seasonal moments- Prepare weekly updates with what worked, what needs follow-up, and where we should prioritize time or budget What we’re looking for- 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, affiliate marketing, social media, or a related role- Experience with DTC, ecommerce, fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or retail brands preferred- Experience with Shop My, LTK, affiliate platforms, or creator performance reporting strongly preferred- Strong creator judgment and understanding of what makes someone a good brand fit- Strong communication skills and a warm, natural writing style- Highly organized- Comfortable looking at performance data and making practical recommendations- Good visual taste and understanding of what content feels on-brand- Able to balance creator relationships, content quality, and revenue goals Nice to have- Experience with UGC for paid ads- Shopify experience- Basic understanding of Meta ads / paid social creative- Experience managing gifting logistics- Familiarity with women’s fashion, styling, and creator-led commerce You’ll be a strong fit if you are organized, proactive, practical, and excited by both creator relationships and revenue growth.
