Job Location: Malabar, FL 32950 Duration: 6+ Months (Possible for extension) Pay rate range: $20 – $23/hr on W2 (All inclusive)

PMJob Description: Responsible for performing functions associated with all manufacturing operations, including working with engineers in set-up and calibration tasks, as well as performing rework and quality testing related to the production of parts, components, subassemblies, and final assemblies. Uses sophisticated programs to collect and evaluate operating data to conduct on-line adjustments to products, instruments, or equipment. Determines and may assist in developing methods and procedures to control or modify the manufacturing process. Works with engineers in conducting experiments.
Overall Summary: Developing support individual contributor. Works under general supervision. Work is less structured within identified boundaries and procedures. Identifies problems and issues in straightforward of Supervision Works under general supervision. Less detailed instructions are provided and moderate peer review is required. Communication & Influence Communicates with contacts typically within the department on matters that involve obtaining or providing information requiring explanation or interpretation to understand and reach agreement. Innovation & Complexity Work is less structured within identified boundaries and procedures. Follows established processes to complete tasks. Identifies problems and issues in straightforward situations. Escalates issues to supervisor for resolution. Organization Impact Works to achieve operational targets within job area which has some impact on the overall achievement of results for the team. Work is somewhat limited in scope, typically on smaller, less structured task-related activities.
Education & Experience: Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. J-Standard and IPC 610 Certified. Torque tool experience, hand and automated.
