Job Summary: We are seeking a professional Bi-Lingual Spanish Translator who is passionate about making a difference in the community by providing clear and effective communication between our team and our Spanish-speaking clients. This part-time position is perfect for individuals who are committed to customer service and have strong language skills.
Key Responsibilities: Translate spoken and written communications between English medical staff and Spanish-speaking patients. Assist in client interactions to ensure clear understanding and smooth service. Maintain accurate records of translations and communications. Communicate effectively with clients and the dispatch team. Participate in regular training and meetings to enhance service quality.
Requirements: Must be fluent in both English and Spanish. Excellent translation and interpretation skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Commitment to professional growth and providing exceptional service.
