About the role

Faropoint is seeking a Vice President of Asset Management to join our Hoboken office. You will lead a team of Asset Managers and oversee industrial assets from leasing to asset management, driving market analyses, negotiations, and due diligence for acquisitions. The role requires 8–12 years of experience, a Bachelor's or advanced degree, and strong Excel/MS Office skills. Travel up to 15% and a focus on integrity, confidentiality, and high attention to detail are essential.
