About the role
- Prospect and develop new B2B customers throughout your territory
- Identify and connect with business owners, property managers, facility managers, purchasing contacts, and other decision-makers
- Conduct regular in-person prospect visits and sales meetings
- Uncover customer needs, existing contracts, pricing considerations, and service requirements
- Prepare proposals and present value-based solutions
- Overcome objections, negotiate, and close profitable new business
- Maintain disciplined follow-up on prospects, quotes, and opportunities
- Build and manage an active sales pipeline
- Accurately document sales activity and opportunities in the CRMWork toward measurable monthly activity, revenue, and new-account goals
- 3+ years of B2B, consultative, strategic, or customer-facing sales experience
- Proven ability to prospect and develop new business
- Strong understanding of the full sales process
- Comfortable spending significant time in the field
- Confident approaching decision-makers and starting conversations
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Organized and disciplined with pipeline management and follow-upComfortable working in a KPI-driven sales environment
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Authorization to work in the United States
- $50,000–$65,000 base salary based on experience$24,000–$48,000 targeted annual commission
