About the role
IonQ in Bothell, WA (with multiple U.S. locations) seeks a Senior Staff Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional programs across the Compute Platform, developer tooling, and compiler stack.
You will report to the Head of Software TPMs, matrixed to the VP of Platform, and own high-priority initiatives with senior leadership exposure. The role involves leading ~40 engineers across four teams, building end-to-end roadmaps, managing dependencies, and delivering measurable adoption.
