About the role

Encore Community Services in Midtown Manhattan seeks a Fire Life and Safety Director for Encore 49 Residence. This part-time, non-exempt role (24 hours/week, weekends, on-site) leads FDNY planning, safety drills, and fire code compliance to protect residents. The ideal candidate holds a valid Certificate of Fitness (F89/T89), brings fire safety experience, and can respond rapidly to emergencies while coordinating with the Residential Manager and facilities team.
