You will be responsible for taking inbound and making outbound calls on behalf of our clients, ultimately attempting to collect. The more you collect, the more you earn!Essential Functions:Manage a portfolio of accountsHandle inbound and outbound calls according to company policies and proceduresNegotiate payments, settlements, and payment programs according to company guidelinesMeet department call and collection goalsEnter results into collection system using keyboard/computer, skip tracingAdhere to compliance standards and practicesHours of operation are (7am - 5pm) with a variation of 1 Saturday a month (8am -12pm) and 1 late night a week (10:20 am -7 pm.)Having the following skills is a plus:Customer serviceStrong communicationData entryMicrosoft Office: Excel, Word, OutlookTelephone/DialerFirst/Third-Party AgencyCUBSFDCPA knowledgeCaine & Weiner is an Equal Opportunity Employer, our full suites of solution-based services provide our clients with individual customization and optimized recovery results.
