Role Description: The Executive Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Anchorage, AK, providing high-level administrative support to organizational leadership. This position manages calendars, schedules meetings, and coordinates travel and logistics to ensure executive time is used effectively. The role includes preparing correspondence, presentations, and reports, maintaining organized records, and handling confidential information with discretion. The Executive Coordinator facilitates communication between executives, staff, and external partners, supports board and committee meetings, and assists with special projects and events. This individual contributes to smooth office operations by monitoring deadlines, tracking action items, and proactively identifying opportunities to improve administrative processes.
Qualifications: Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficient administrative and office skills, including calendar management, document preparation, meeting coordination, and record keeping. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft professional correspondence and interact effectively with diverse stakeholders. High level of professionalism, discretion, and ethical judgment in handling sensitive and confidential information. Comfort with technology, including Microsoft Office or similar tools, video conferencing platforms, and shared document systems. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and independently with minimal supervision. Relevant experience in executive support, office management, or administrative coordination; experience in healthcare or behavioral health settings is a plus. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, or a related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Salary Range $66,000 - $85,000 plus annual incentive
