The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team across various market segments, including SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise. This role demands a sales leader with a proven track record in enterprise software and tech-enabled services sales, particularly within the cybersecurity space. The SVP will be tasked with developing and executing a global sales strategy to drive high growth in the Continuous Offensive Security Testing Market, translating new AI product capabilities into customer value propositions, and expanding both direct sales and channel efforts. A deep understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals, market dynamics, and buyer pain points is essential, with a preference for candidates with an offensive security background. Applicants for the SVP Global Sales position at the company should have 10-15+ years of experience in enterprise software and/or tech-enabled services sales, with a focus on scaling revenue. The role requires a leader with a strong operational background, including forecasting, metrics, and KPIs, and a proven ability to build and scale a sales organization. Experience in the security space, particularly with CISOs, Security Operations, and Risk/Compliance, is highly valued.
