- Passion for working in community mental health and social services
- Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Counseling, or related field
- Minimum of two years of direct counseling experience in a child-serving system/agency (internships not counted toward requirement due to state regulations)
- Experience with trauma-focused therapy and crisis intervention
- Strong organizational and computer skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
- Sense of humor and positive attitude
- Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
