About the Role: We're hiring full-time Entry-Level Sales Representatives to meet with homeowners, present roofing solutions, and guide customers through choosing the right protection for their home. We provide paid, hands-on training, so no roofing or sales experience is required. This role is ideal for Veterans who do well with:

Face-to-face communication
Goal setting and execution
Learning new skills quickly
Working independently within a team structure
A mission-driven, competitive environment

What You'll Do:

Meet with homeowners to understand their roofing needs
Deliver clear, professional sales presentations
Build trust and long-term relationships in your assigned area
Participate in weekly coaching and development sessions
Represent Proper Roofing with professionalism and commitment

Unprecedented GUARANTEED Starting Base Salary: $40,000 Uncapped commissions + bonuses
First-year earning potential: $75,000$125,000+Monthly & quarterly incentives
