As a Golf Shop Attendant, you'll be at the center of daily golf operations, helping create a positive experience for members and their guests from the moment they arrive. Daily Responsibilities
Welcome and check in members and guests with a friendly, professional demeanor
Schedule tee times accurately process member and guest charges
Delivering exceptional customer service that reflects the club's high standards of hospitality
Answer and place calls with members in a courteous and professional manner
Maintain a clean, organized, and polished Golf Shop environment at all times
Keep merchandise displays neat, stocked, and visually appealing
Operate the Point-of-Sale system and handle transactions responsibly and accurately
Communicate member and guests needs clearly with Golf Professional Staff and Outside Operations team
