What You'll Do:
Follow all store and department procedures with consistency and care Keep produce looking its absolute best - fresh, clean, and beautifully displayed Maintain strong inventory levels and a well-organized back room Ensure pricing and signage are accurate, especially for sale and ad items Keep the department spotless, sanitized, and visually appealing Deliver friendly, knowledgeable customer service every day Receive, stock, rotate, and handle product with efficiency and attention to quality Support your team and jump in wherever needed to keep the department thriving What You'll BringHigh school diploma or GED preferred Current Food Handler's Permit A genuine interest in produce and the ability to recognize ripeness and quality Strong organizational and planning skills Clear communication and great listening skills A positive attitude, integrity, and a team-first mindset Willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays A commitment to being customer-focused, detail-oriented, and forward-thinking Who You'll Work With A supportive team of store associates Customers who rely on you for fresh, high-quality produce and great service Physical Requirements This is an active, hands-on role. You'll regularly: Stand, walk, bend, and move throughout your shift Lift and maneuver items up to 50 lbs Work in cold, wet, or slippery conditions at times Perform tasks involving reaching, twisting, carrying, and repetitive motion
