Role Description: The Sales and Marketing Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Las Vegas, NV. This role is responsible for promoting Pro Caps products, engaging prospective and existing customers, and driving sales through direct outreach, presentations, and follow-up communication. Daily activities include responding to customer inquiries, providing product information, supporting marketing campaigns, and collaborating with internal teams to align sales efforts with brand messaging. The representative will also assist in training customers or partners on product benefits, gathering market feedback, and maintaining accurate records of sales activities and results.
Qualifications: Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with customers and colleagues. Proven Customer Service abilities for managing inquiries, resolving concerns, and building long-term relationships. Demonstrated Sales experience, including prospecting, closing, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Background in Sales & Marketing, with familiarity in supporting campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives. Training experience or the ability to explain product features and benefits to customers or partners. Ability to work on-site in Las Vegas, NV, with reliability and professional conduct. Comfort with basic computer tools and CRM or sales tracking systems. High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is beneficial. Experience in health, wellness, or nutritional products is a plus.
