About the role
Providing compassionate and timely support, the part-time Sleep Study Support Specialist will assist patients throughout the sleep testing process, managing equipment troubleshooting and scheduling while primarily working from home with occasional onsite meetings.
Key responsibilities:
Deliver professional phone support to patients and customers, addressing inquiries and providing clear information about services and testing
Coordinate patient testing, ensuring accurate documentation of appointments and follow-up actions while maintaining HIPAA compliance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and enhance the patient experience, adapting to changing priorities as needed Required qualifications 2+ years of experience in a sleep center or customer/patient-facing environment
Preferred RPSGT or CCSH certification
Experience in direct communication with patients or customers by phone
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in handling confidential information in accordance with HIPAA requirements
