Adobe is seeking a senior Business Systems & Workflow leader to shape how work flows across the Integrated Customer Experience (ICX) organization. The role sits at the intersection of Strategy, Operations, Technology, and Customer Experience and leads the workflow and systems design to enable scale. You will partner with Sales, Support, Product, Digital, and Technology to simplify complexity, improve workflows, and create seamless employee and customer experiences.
