About the role

A leading company specializing in immersive training solutions is hiring a Senior Game Technician (VR/Unity). This remote—out of region TEMP role supports a VR simulation training team and focuses on creating realistic character animations and gameplay systems in Unity. Responsibilities: Develop and implement detailed character animations within Unity environments. Design and build animation state machines, blend trees, and IK systems to enhance realism. Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and artists to ensure seamless integration. Optimize animation performance and interactions for VR experiences. Contribute to creating engaging, gameplay-driven character behaviors and interactions. Senior Game Tech (VR/Unity)
Qualifications: Over 5 years of experience in technical or gameplay animation. Proficiency with Unity and VR or simulation platforms. Skilled in using Maya, Motion Builder, Blender, or similar tools. Strong understanding of gameplay systems and animation implementation. Knowledge of C# scripting is a plus.
