About the role

KALCON is seeking an experienced Project Manager with 7-10+ years of experience delivering complex construction projects within the data center, semiconductor, laboratory, or other mission-critical industries. As an Owner's Representative, this individual will oversee all phases of project execution, including schedule, cost, quality, safety, design coordination, permitting, and project closeout while serving as the primary liaison between owners, contractors, consultants, and vendors. The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, drive project performance, and successfully deliver large-scale projects from preconstruction through commissioning and turnoverMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or Engineering7-10 years of experience working in either design or construction of projects.
