About the role

Traveling Mechanical Project Executive We are seeking an experienced Traveling Mechanical Project Executive to provide executive oversight for large-scale commercial mechanical construction projects nationwide. This role will lead major projects, large project teams, and key client relationships while driving successful outcomes across safety, schedule, quality, and profitability.
Responsibilities: Oversee large, complex mechanical projects from preconstruction through closeout. Lead and mentor Project Managers, Superintendents, and large project teams. Provide strategic oversight of budgets, schedules, contracts, and risk. Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, GCs, and key stakeholders. Drive accountability, operational excellence, and project performance. Travel regularly to project sites nationwide.
Qualifications: 15+ years of mechanical construction experience with a proven track record managing large commercial projects, substantial teams, and complex project portfolios. Strong leadership, communication, and client-management skills required.
