About the role
Seeking an experienced Commercial Title Examiner, the full-time remote position will examine commercial and industrial property titles, research public records, and prepare accurate title commitments to support nationwide real estate transactions.
Key responsibilities:
Examine commercial and industrial property titles and determine ownership
Research public, tax, and legal records to identify title issues
Prepare accurate title commitments and resolve routine title issues
Required qualifications:
Prior experience as a Commercial Title Examiner
Experience examining commercial and/or industrial property titles
Knowledge of title insurance, title commitments, and real estate transactions
Ability to interpret deeds, liens, easements, and legal descriptions
Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
