About the role
- Responsible for supporting the effort to design, implement, and optimize processes for a large-scale program that supports the division and its teams.
- The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills and a strategic mindset, enabling them to create efficient processes that enhance collaboration, productivity, and success across the division.
- Process Development: Design and implement new processes to streamline operations and improve program efficiency.
- Program Coordination: Collaborate with various teams to ensure alignment and integration of processes across the division.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, guidelines, and best practices.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance existing processes.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with team leaders and stakeholders to understand their needs and incorporate feedbac k into process design.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to teams on new processes to ensure smooth adoption and execution.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Track process performance and report on key metrics to measure effectiveness and identify opportunities for further optimization.
- Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Must have skills: - Stakeholder Engagement, Monitoring and Reporting, Documentation, Process Development
- Proven experience in process development and program coordination.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Experience in a large-scale program or project environment is preferred.
- Proficiency in process management tools and software is a plus.
