About the role

To enhance organizational efficiency, the full-time remote Director of Resource Optimization will develop and implement strategies for optimizing workforce utilization, improve operational performance, and drive financial outcomes across the enterprise.

Key responsibilities: Develop and implement an enterprise-wide resource optimization strategy focused on labor efficiency and productivity improvement Establish scalable methodologies and frameworks to enhance workforce effectiveness and operational performance Leverage data and technology to identify and prioritize opportunities for optimizing capacity and improving delivery outcomes

Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred Minimum of 10 years of experience in resource optimization or business transformation, with at least 5 years in workforce strategy Proven success in designing and leading labor optimization programs with measurable outcomes Strong expertise in financial modeling related to labor efficiency and productivity improvement Experience applying change management principles within complex organizations
