About the role
Certified Medical Assistant The Certified Medical Assistant performs patient-oriented procedures under the supervision of a physician. The CMA is also responsible for clerical duties, when needed, to facilitate departmental operations and efficiency.
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent, required
- Graduation certificate from an accredited Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) program, required
- Current Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification, required
- Prior CMA experience, preferredCPR certification, preferred
Qualifications:
- Strong discretion and ability to handle confidential information
- Composure in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
- Willingness and ability to learn new technologies
- Dependable, punctual, and highly detail-oriented
- Strong multitasking and independent-work capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Accurate documentation skills
- Ability to follow established workflows consistently
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM
