General Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, International Trade, Economics, Finance, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in industrial products, power systems, generators, or related industries. International sales experience is preferred. Proven experience in managing key accounts, developing customer relationships, and acquiring new business. Experience in dealer and distributor management is preferred. Strong commercial awareness with solid negotiation and sales skills. Spanish proficiency is preferred, Experience with SAP or other ERP systems. Strong presentation, communication, and reporting skills. Customer-focused, proactive, and results-oriented mindset. Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams. Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%.Project management knowledge is a plus. Preferably based in Miami, Florida. We are looking for a Key Account Manager.
Job Description: Manage and develop existing customers, dealers, and key accounts within assigned territories. Identify and acquire new customers, markets, sectors, and business opportunities. Build long-term customer relationships, analyze customer needs, and recommend suitable products and technical solutions. Achieve annual sales, revenue, and growth targets. Prepare sales forecasts, customer visit reports, and annual account plans for key customers. Manage sales opportunities throughout the entire sales cycle, including quotation, pricing, negotiation, and contract processes. Agree on commercial terms, including payment terms, Incoterms, warranty, and delivery conditions. Coordinate order processes from quotation through production, shipment, and final delivery. Work closely with Projects, Finance, Operations, Logistics, Service, and Quality teams to ensure smooth and profitable order execution. Monitor competitor activities and market developments, conduct market research, and identify new business opportunities. Participate in exhibitions, conferences, customer meetings, and industry events, and support product launches and marketing initiatives. Represent the Company professionally and ethically, while sharing customer and market feedback to support business development and strategic initiatives.
