About the role
Metrea seeks a Head of Crew Training in the US to lead aircrew recruitment, training, qualification, and standardization for ISR and aerial operations. You will align training with CSRE3, regulatory requirements, and mission needs, while managing resources, records, and program evolution.
The role requires FAA ATP or PIC qualifications, 5+ years aviation leadership (2+ in training), and ability to deploy for testing and operations. Strong leadership and LMS experience are essential.
