About the role
Pique seeks a Director of Strategy & Operations to integrate the founder and CEO with the rest of the leadership team. You will own the operating system connecting growth, product, supply chain, retail and finance, turning bold ideas into plans, numbers and shipped results.
You'll model impact, identify feasible paths, and directly build the tools and processes needed to move quickly while maintaining clarity and ownership.
