About the role

Kinder Prep Montessori seeks an Education Director to lead our brand-new Gowanus & Park Slope center, opening Winter 2027 at 247 Douglass Street in Brooklyn. You will build a strong educator and family community and uphold Kinder Prep's standards for education and care. The role requires a Master’s in Early Childhood Education, NYS teaching certification, CPR, and prior leadership in early childhood settings, plus at least 2 years of teaching experience.
