As a Customer Service Representative, your role involves handling inbound calls, directly engaging with small business owners. You will assist them with their existing policies and provide recommendations for new policies they may wish to purchase. This role requires strong multitasking abilities, consistent dependability, and a collaborative mindset. You'll work closely with team members in a fast-paced environment, maintaining high service standards while contributing to a supportive and team-focused culture. This position can pay $21.47. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
