Candy Lineworker – 1st Shift Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Candy Lineworkers for a food production company in Le Center, MN. In this role, you'll help produce and package seasonal candy products while ensuring quality and food safety standards are met. This is a short-term temporary assignment expected to last approximately four weeks, ending around the end of October. Team members who maintain perfect attendance throughout the entire assignment will be eligible to receive a $100 attendance bonus at the completion of the project. What You'll Do as a Candy Lineworker: Manufacture, assemble, inspect, and package candy products according to specifications Maintain production flow throughout the shift Monitor product quality and report food safety or quality concerns Notify leadership of production issues and assist with problem resolution Follow safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)Maintain a clean and organized production area Support team goals and contribute to a positive work environment What You Need to Bring to the Candy Lineworker Role: Ability to work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision Ability to count and follow basic work instructions Ability to stand and walk for 8+ hours per shift Ability to bend, reach, and lift up to 25 pounds regularly Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination Ability to work at a fast pace in a production environment No experience required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply Why You'll Like Working with Doherty Staffing Solutions Enjoy weekly pay, access to health coverage options through Benefits in a Card (including preventative and minimum value plans), and temp-to-hire opportunities for long-term stability where applicable.
