Plato is an applied research lab in San Francisco redefining how frontier AI agents are trained by building high-fidelity simulations.
The Head of Talent will own hiring across all functions, design interview loops, and build the candidate pipeline that sustains rapid growth while preserving Plato's rigorous standards. You will partner with founders on org design, headcount planning, and defining the recruiting bar.
