Graphic DesignerMarcus & Millichap Denver is searching for an experienced Graphic Designer to provide support to our largest brokerage team in Denver full-time. The ideal candidate will be a professional and disciplined self-manager who takes initiative, pays great attention to detail, meets deadlines, is creative, and reliable. This position provides marketing support, and transaction coordination for a busy ten-person commercial real estate team. The successful candidate is laser-focused on delivering best in class materials and results to our brokers and clients on or ahead of schedule, and is willing to go above and beyond in support of the senior managing brokers.The base hourly range for this role is $28.85 to $31.25 per hour. Actual pay will be determined by factors such as education, experience, and job-related skills relevant to the role. These ranges may not reflect potential compensation for positions based in other states or regions.Responsibilities:Assist in the preparation to produce large marketing presentations, often with a short lead-time. Experience with InDesign software is ideal.Assist with gathering research information and completing market surveys, including gathering building information, maps and pictures, Costar dataPrepare property marketing materials including flyers, presentations, direct mail, tour books and other documents requiring a high level of accuracyEnsure that all marketing materials present the Marcus & Millichap brand consistently and follow corporate graphic standardsUpdate and maintain broker professional profiles and other marketing related material as neededType, format and produce documents such as presentations, correspondence, standard reports with an attention to detailProduce repeatable and ad-hoc client presentations which includes coordinating the receipt of data from different business units, creation of or updates to existing reports utilizing Microsoft Power Point, generation of final report in client ready formatCreate e-blasts and mailers and access the team database to construct contact listsAbility to work in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite programsParticipate in regular team meetings to understand and facilitate client goalsSubmit brokerage request forms as required to our intranet for approvalUpdate and maintain company database to track prospects, clients, and deal informationQualifications:Minimum of three to five years' experience supporting multiple people preferably in the commercial real estate industry or other professional services organization (law firm experience a plus)Candidate must be tech savvy and demonstrate a high level of proficiency in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and CRM (Salesforce or similar)High level of proficiency and working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Mapping and database softwareIntermediate to advanced oral and written communication skills (spelling, grammar and punctuation)Strong proofreading and editing abilitiesAbility to work efficiently autonomously as well as a member of the teamStrong organizational, interpersonal and communication skillsDevelop effective and constructive solutions to challenges and obstaclesBachelor's Degree preferred but not requiredProven ability to consistently manage multiple projects with accuracy and meet assigned deadlinesMarcus & Millichap offers a comprehensive benefits package designed to support employees' health, well-being, and financial security.
