Join a growing manufacturing team in Orlando as a TIG Welder (GTAW) in a temp-to-hire position.
Job Duties:
  • Perform TIG (GTAW) welding on a variety of metals and fabricated components
  • Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and fabrication drawings
  • Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently
  • Prepare materials through fitting, cleaning, grinding, and alignment
  • Inspect finished welds to ensure quality and dimensional accuracy
  • Use measuring tools and fabrication equipment as needed
  • Follow welding procedures, quality requirements, and safety standards
  • Complete production documentation and maintain a clean work area
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of recent, consistent TIG welding experience
  • Experience welding stainless steel, carbon steel, and aluminum
  • Ability to read blueprints and welding symbols
  • Ability to pass a welding qualification testAWS, ASME, API, or similar certifications are a plus
