About the role

BMSC in Coppell, TX is seeking a Director of Engineering to lead manufacturing and reliability engineering across multiple shifts, ensuring high output, uptime, and safe operation. You will own the department budget and drive cost reductions while guiding a team of ~60 engineers, technicians, and maintenance staff. You will set KPIs, improve PM practices, and partner with project services and R&I on line trials and scale-up to meet OTIF commitments for customers.
