Compensation and Benefits
Salary:
$45,000–$50,000 plus OTE $100kComprehensive training and professional development opportunities Health and dental insurance, 401(k) plan, and paid time off
What You’ll Do:
High volume of inbound and outbound consumer calls with professionalism, respect, and empathy Build strong, positive relationships with customers nationwide Develop customer relationships, and close transactions that help customers meet their objectives Track all sales activities in a CRM system Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals Collaborate with managers and co‑workers, and later mentoring newer hires
What We’re Looking For:
Strong cold caller No prior probate or estate law knowledge required Strong interpersonal and phone communication skills Good judgment, patience, and excellent listening skills Ability to manage sales opportunities from first contact to closure
