The company focuses on outperforming traditional fixed income pricing models, including Kalman filters, through deep learning techniques tailored to sell-side dealers. Deep Market Making Inc. works closely with OTC traders in fixed income and cryptocurrency markets to elevate automation and decision-making with AI-driven solutions.
Role Description:
This is a part-time or full-time contract, remote role for a Business Development Executive. The person in this role will identify and pursue new business opportunities with market-making OTC traders, particularly in fixed income and cryptocurrency spaces. Daily responsibilities include lead generation, building and nurturing client relationships, presenting AI-based solutions, and managing the sales pipeline from initial contact to closing. The Business Development Executive will collaborate with internal technical teams to align client needs with the company’s machine learning and pricing capabilities, prepare proposals and presentations, and maintain accurate records of all business development activities. Compensation Stock options and generous commission (no base-salary initially).
Qualifications:
Large Wall Street network with buy-side asset managers active in US and European Credit Experience with capital markets Experience with fixed income Unencumbered ability to represent our company Demonstrated skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with a focus on financial or technology services. Strong Business acumen, including understanding of market-making, fixed income, or cryptocurrency trading environments. Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to explain complex AI and quantitative concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Experience in Account Management, maintaining long-term client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction. Previous experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles within finance, fintech, or AI-driven solutions. Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple opportunities, and meet deadlines. Comfort with data-driven decision-making and familiarity with trading systems, pricing models, or analytics tools is beneficial.
