About the role
Leading complex statistical analyses, the full-time Senior Real World Data Programmer Consultant will oversee RWD analytics projects, mentor junior analysts, and establish strategic client relationships while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
Lead the development and execution of statistical analysis plans for large-scale real-world evidence studies
Oversee and mentor junior analysts, ensuring the accuracy and quality of their work
Establish strong relationships with clients, providing strategic insights and guiding decision-making processes
Required qualifications:
Minimum 4-5 years of experience in RWD analytics, biostatistics, or epidemiology, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Proven track record managing complex observational research projects in the healthcare sector
Expertise in SAS programming and advanced proficiency in SQL, R, and Python
Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in Biostatistics, Epidemiology, Data Science, or a related field
Deep understanding of the US healthcare system and experience with health insurance claims data
