About the role
Providing exceptional customer support, the part-time Card Support Specialist will manage travel and procurement card applications, modifications, and terminations while working remotely on a contract basis.
Key Responsibilities:
Resolve card applications, modifications, and terminations in accordance with service level agreements
Address customer inquiries regarding the card program by performing transactions and documenting cases
Collaborate with team members to handle complex customer questions and ensure efficient service delivery
Required Qualifications:
Hands-on experience with M365 Applications, Internet Explorer, Teams, and Outlook
Previous experience with a corporate card program
Customer service background in call center, retail, or financial services
High School Diploma or Bachelor's degree
Basic understanding of networking technologies and protocols
