About the Role:
Paul Saladino MD is a leading health and wellness platform that is on a mission to help people reclaim their health, happiness, and agency in life through nutrition and lifestyle. We're looking for a Senior Social Media Video Editor to drive and hold a high standard in video content production across our social channels. This is a hands-on, craft-first role for someone with real editing chops and a deep understanding of what makes videos perform on social — someone who can take raw footage and turn it into scroll-stopping content, fast, without sacrificing quality.
Responsibilities:
Edit short-form and long-form video content for social platforms (Reels, Tik Tok, You Tube Shorts, and long-form You Tube), from raw footage to finished, publish-ready cuts Own the full post-production process — color grading, sound design, motion graphics/titles, and pacing — using DaVinci Resolve Be able to instinctively trim long-form footage (podcasts, interviews, events) into high-performing short-form clips Capable graphic designer, animator, motion designer that can create visuals to accent narratives. Work closely with Head of Brand, Lead Editor and Social Team to integrate editing styles, templates, and visual language that reinforce brand identity Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced content calendar Interdependent collaboration & communication - proactively communicate and address timeline changes, competing priorities, bandwidth constraints etc while maintaining a solution oriented, high performing mindset. Organize and maintain a media library/asset system on Shade for efficient turnaround on future edits Stay on top of cutting edge visual hooks, transitions, cuts and other edit / post production elements that create world class video production and finished assets Qualifications 6–10 years of professional video editing experience, with a strong portfolio of social-first content Expert-level proficiency in DaVinci Resolve (color, Fusion, and Fairlight experience a plus)Strong understanding of pacing, sound design, and visual storytelling built specifically for social platforms Experience editing from long-form source material (podcasts, interviews, live events) into short-form content Excellent time management and ability to juggle multiple projects/deadlinesA sharp eye for trends and what performs across Instagram, Tik Tok, and You TubeA link to your portfolio or reel is required to be considered Compensation$70,000-$100,000K doe Contact For consideration, email a brief letter (
