Licensed Physical Therapist Citi Med is seeking an experienced Licensed Physical Therapist with a strong background in physical therapy, particularly in managing personal injury cases. In this role, you will conduct initial evaluations and re-evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and apply evidence-based interventions to support patient recovery and mobility. You will work closely with physicians, other healthcare professionals, and support staff to deliver comprehensive care, and you will educate patients and their families on treatment plans, exercises, and injury prevention. You will also keep accurate, timely documentation in compliance with legal and regulatory standards, stay current with best practices and continuing education, and contribute to team meetings and the development of clinic protocols.
Requirements:
Current, valid New York State Physical Therapy License Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program Active Workers' Compensation Board authorization number, required to treat injured workers Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience; focus on personal injury cases preferred Strong knowledge of physical therapy modalities and techniques Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients and colleagues Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative healthcare team Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
