Outside Sales Senior Account Executive Join Toshiba America Business Solutions as an Outside Sales Senior Account Executive in Dallas, TX. You'll work directly with business owners and decision-makers to understand their goals and recommend solutions that help organizations optimize print and document workflows, reduce costs, secure documents, and support sustainability initiatives. From industry-leading office solutions to advanced software solutions including eBRIDGE Global Print, Document Capture, Document Management, Digital Signage, and partner offerings, you'll help customers find the right solutions to support their business needs. What You'll Do Drive revenue growth by selling office technology, print management, and software solutions Prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities through cold calling, self-generated leads, and marketing-generated opportunities Manage and grow a defined territory while building strong customer relationships Understand customer objectives and recommend solutions that align with their business needs Deliver presentations, product demonstrations, and a seamless customer experience Maintain an active sales pipeline, accurate reporting, and awareness of industry trends and market opportunities using Salesforce CRM and other sales tools What You'll Bring Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience 2+ years of sales experience in a B2B (Business-to-Business) environment; or 5+ years of high-volume sales experience in Technology, Finance, Mortgage/Real Estate, and/or Consulting Demonstrated experience in cold calling and prospecting Ability to travel as required Valid Driver's License Earn Well $100,000 first year earning potential, $40K to $45K base salary, plus uncapped commission, expense, manufacturer incentives, and bonus potential Car and phone allowances Training Comprehensive onboarding and industry-leading sales training Ongoing training and professional development Benefits Medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) plan with match and company provided life insurance Employee Assistance Programs, pre-tax spending accounts, pet insurance, and employee discounts Generous paid holidays, vacation & sick/personal business/volunteer days Opportunities for career growth within a global technology organization Toshiba America Business Solutions is a leader in digital technology, delivering innovative print, document management, and workflow solutions that help organizations across a wide range of industries.
