Position: Operations Manager
Location: Ambercare 2129 Osuna Rd. NE Albuquerque, NM 87113
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (sometimes weekends and before and after hours as needed)Direct Reports: 8 to 10 Admin Employees
Position Summary:
This position will oversee and manage the daily operations and administrative functions, including recruitment, orientation, training and retention of branch and office support staff in order to meet and exceed the monthly budgeted census. Bilingual preferred but not required. Ideal Candidates for this role will have these traits: Tech savvy Great communication Multitasking Works well under pressure Has leadership experience Performance driven Experienced with Microsoft Office Customer service Fast paced>> We offer our team the best
