About the role
Our client, a luxury brand based in NYC, is looking for an Talent Learning & Development Specialist to join their team on a temp basis!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support the deployment and evolution of talent development programs and experiences Develop and maintain training materials, including manuals, guides and e-learning content Track and maintain all program milestones to ensure deadlines and program goals and targets are met Support the design of program presentations, dashboards, content and communications Coordinate with learning partners to enroll talents in learning sessions, ensuring follow-up and communication with HR Business Partners and Line Managers Assist with annual Organizational Management Review process and presentation Develop Talent Calibration materials and facilitate calibration conversations. Organize and analyze data and create reports and findings in a digestible format Support with development and implementation of DEI, Corporate Social Responsibility and Wellness programs and initiatives Research industry trends to assist in enhancing talent development strategy and implementation Qualifications3 + years of Talent Development, or relevant experience Strong communication and relationship building skills Preferred experience with aspects of Human Resources including Learning & Development, performance management, change management and problem resolution Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities Experience in developing Learning/Training Content Strong planning, organizational and presentation skills Ability to navigate ambiguity/complexity while bringing creativity and resourcefulness Highly developed technical skills specifically Word, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and CanvaPlease submit your resume for consideration.
