Description:
Kforce's client in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Senior Project Manager/Technical Project Manager to support high-priority Authentication and Security Engineering initiatives in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
Summary:
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complex work, partnering with technical teams, and driving execution across multiple workstreams. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing a large volume of action items, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder updates. In this role, you will help reduce leadership overhead by independently managing project plans, leading meetings, tracking deliverables, and keeping teams aligned. You will work closely with security engineering, authentication, infrastructure, and business stakeholders to support critical initiatives, including authentication application redesign efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Quickly create and manage project plans* Drive execution across multiple workstreams* Lead project meetings and manage follow-ups* Track action items, risks, dependencies, and deliverables* Coordinate with security engineering, authentication, and business stakeholders* Provide detailed reporting and status updates* Support authentication application redesign and related security initiatives* Help organize complex efforts and keep teams moving forward
Requirements:
- Senior Project Manager or Technical Project Manager experience* Experience supporting cybersecurity, IAM, authentication, infrastructure, or security engineering initiatives* Strong Excel, reporting, and organizational skills* Ability to work independently with minimal direction* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills* Comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment* Experience working with enterprise technology teams and cross-functional stakeholders Job TypeDirect Hire Compensation50 - $53
