Job Title: Quality Technician - Manufacturing
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Quality Technician to support manufacturing quality operations and ensure product quality standards are consistently met. The role involves non-conformance management, quality data evaluation, production support, and coordination of improvement initiatives across production and engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and track non-conformance reports and support corrective actions Evaluate and visualize quality data including First Pass Yield (FPY) and other KPIsSupport production teams on quality-related matters during setup and process optimization Coordinate and resolve production-related quality issues Act as liaison between Production, Engineering, Purchasing, and Quality departments Support development and optimization of inspection procedures and value stream quality Assist in error prevention and continuous improvement projects Maintain and implement company-specific quality processes and standards Support Quality Manager in evaluating and improving the Quality Management System (QMS)Prepare quality reports, documentation, and metrics using MS Office tools
Required Qualifications:
